Educational Qualification : The educational qualification details for the IOCL Non Executive Recruitment must be Matric (Class X) pass and 2 (Two) years ITI
pass in the specified ITI trades mentioned below and Trade Certificate/ National Trade Certificate (NTC) issued by SCVT/NCVT.

- Instrument Mechanic (Chemical Plant)
- Electrician
- Machinist
- Fitter
- Mechanic-cum-Operator Electronics Communication System
- Wireman

Work Experience : Interested Candidates must have at least one year of post-qualification experience in a factory/manufacturing organization (excluding training). Apprentice training under the Apprentice Act after a two-year ITI course will count as experience if supported by a National Apprentice Certificate from NCVT/NCVET.
2. Name of the Post : Junior Attendant Grade 1

Educational Qualification : The educational qualification details for the candidate who want to apply for the junior attendant Grade 1 must be Higher Secondary (Class XII) with minimum of 40% marks in aggregate in case of PwBD candidates [as per relaxed standard]
Work Experience : Candidate work experience is not mandatory for this Post.
3. Name of the Post : Junior Business Assistant Grade III

Educational Qualification : The interested Candidates applying for the Junior Business Assistant post must be graduates in any discipline with at least 45% marks (for PwBD) from a recognized institute/university, with basic MS Office skills and a relaxed typing speed of 20 WPM.
